Exhibit:

A tabletop exhibit will be organised during the conference. Exhibitors are solicited.

The location of the exhibitor space will be in a large area in front to the exit of the conference rooms and close to all activities, in order to allow easy and frequent contacts with the attendees.

The exhibition space includes: (i) one office table 160 cm x 80 cm; (ii) two vertical grids 2 m x 1,20 m; (iii) electricity as per Swiss standards (230 V and 13 A); (vi) four chairs. In addition it will be provided: (i) an attendee list for one time mailing (no emails); (ii) one technical badge; (iii) one ticket to the conference reception; (iv) one technical programme; (v) one exhibitor personnel badge (vi) one company listing on the meeting's website with a link to the exhibitor's URL (vii) one leaflet including the exhibitors’ information in each conference bag. Internet connection will be available at the Conference site without any charge. Adapters for the Swiss power plugs are not provided.

The fee is Euro 1,000.- net

In order to be considered, the contract must be duly filled out and accompanied with the payment information. Deadline to return the signed contract is 16 April 2012.

The XVIII International Conference on Ultrafast Phenomena will be running from Monday morning 9 July (08:15) to Friday 13 July 2012 (12:30). The exhibition will run at the same time, except that Friday will be optional (anyway all equipments/material must be removed by Friday 14:00). The UNIL conference site will be open on Sunday 8 July (10:00 to 18:30) allowing exhibitors to prepare their arrangements. The conference registration (participants and exhibitors) will begin Sunday 8 July from 16:00 to 18:30 followed with a welcome reception at the UNIL at 18:30.
