The registration fee for the meeting includes:
- Welcome reception at the UNIL on Sunday, July 8, at 18:30 (registration desks will be open that day from 16:00 to 18:00).
- Admission to the technical sessions of the conference.
- On line digest including the two-page summaries.
- hard copy and on line proceedings.
- Conference reception at the Lausanne Palace on Wednesday evening, July 11, at 19:00 provided this was ordered and paid prior 28 June.
- Exhibition running from Monday morning to Friday noon time.
- Coffee breaks (Monday through Friday morning) as mentioned in the programme.

Free parking: Free parking is offered during the entire duration of the conference in the areas delimited by green stripes.

Instructions to exhibitors:
The exhibitors' material can be brought to the UNIL already on Saturday 7 th July (16:00 - 18:00) or Sunday 8th July (10:30 - 16:00). See also shipping instructions.
