Material for the conference needs to arrive between Wednesday 27 June and Thursday 5 July 2012 at the latest.

All material needs to be sent free from all charges including freight and customs duties.
Packages which are not pre-paid will not be accepted.
Switzerland is a non EU country, check with your forwarder to arrange for all the transportation formalities including temporary import if any. The organisers will not intervene in any transportation problem. It is the consignor's responsibility to ensure that the goods are shipped in due time. No refund can be made in case of late delivery. The consignor needs to take all necessary insurances to secure his material if necessary.

For small packages including literature, donations to the conferences (such as pens), please include a proforma invoice indicating a symbolic value on your package clearly stipulating that the material has no commercial value and will be distributed for free at the XVIII International Conference on Ultrafast Phenomena, to take place at the University of Lausanne, from 9 to 13 July 2012. State that the material will involve no invoicing.

In order to clearly identify each shipment, the name of your company needs to be put on each package. In case of several packages, number the packages.

EPFL has no GPS recognised street names, please view the map located on http://plan.epfl.ch/?lang=en&room=CHH0405 prior delivery.

The CH building is located near the highly innovative Rolex Learning Center building.

Alternatively you can also find the location searching via Ecublens instead of Lausanne and indicating the street "Route des Noyerettes".

Note to exhibitors: In case you would arrive by car and bring your material with you, follow the instructions below.
From the highway, take direction "Lausanne-Sud", exit "UNIL-EPFL". On the route cantonale (Route de Genève, which is the road running along the lake shore, on your left). Go straight, pass the first round about. At the second round about, turn right into avenue Auguste Forel. Go straight to the end of it and turn right into Route de la Sorge. You will see the parking after 100 m. It is next to the conference buildings (Amphipôle and Amphimax).
Free parking is offered during the entire duration of the conference in the areas delimited by green stripes.
 

Your material can possibly be brought to the UNIL either Saturday 7 July (16:00 - 18:00) or Sunday (10:30 - 16:00).
The on site registration will begin Sunday beginning from 4 pm.
