UP2012 Sponsorship Form

All Sponsors receive:

• Listing on the UP2012 Sponsor Web page

• Logo listed in the technical Programme/Abstract Book

• Logo sign at each sponsor-selected event

Sponsorship selections:

Special Events/Services

• Breaks: Attendees will receive morning and afternoon refreshments.
  Amount to be defined

• Welcome Reception: All attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors are invited to attend the welcome reception.
  Amount to be defined

Promotional Logo Items

• Conference Bags: Conference bags (to include sponsor and conference logos) will be distributed to all conference attendees and will include all relevant program materials. Amount to be defined

• Conference Bag Inserts: Approved promotional materials/invitations to company symposia may be inserted into the conference bag (one item per company)
  800 EUR

• Other possible Logo Items: may be attributed to all conference attendees.
  Lanyards: price to be defined
  Pads/Pens: price to be defined
